This is what Midgard looks like from above. The image is no drawing — it is the world itself: the same terrain calculation the server runs when you step ashore. When the world changes, the map changes.

What the colours mean
Darker areas within a land are forest, lighter ones are higher ground. The hillshading shows slopes — that is how you read the valleys and ridges a flat colour fill would swallow.
Midgard is the lasting world. What stands there stays standing — and the map only changes when the land itself is rebuilt.
The Workshop is the building site. New islands and stretches of land take shape there before they move on to Midgard; it gets reset without warning.
